I’m Carrie Saunders, founder and principal engineer at BCSE Solutions.
I've been the CEO of my Web Company for 20+ years.
With our help, our clients profit 10 Billion+ annually. I’ve been developing and maintaining websites since my college days in the late 90’s.
I believe it’s important for you to know that I’m not the usual ‘web developer’ who shows up one day to give you regurgitated ‘hacks’ and ‘tactics’ that many times do more harm than good.

(fun fact: I have a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science.)

On the personal front, I married my High School Sweetheart, we have 3 boys, I love spending time outdoors in my flower gardens, I love playing piano, guitar and clarinet and have a great joy and love for helping others every chance I get!

I'm not very Tech Savvy, Is this course for me?
Yes! My goal for this course is to walk you step-by-step through everything! I break down all the tech and walk you through it! For those wanting more of a ‘fast track’ and don’t want to deal with the tech, we do offer ‘done for you’ solutions. But those are completely optional and meant for individuals who’d rather pass off the tech stuff. However, I strongly encourage you to go through the technical parts of the course anyway so you have a good understanding of the basics and it can help you be more efficient when asking for help.
Does this training work with any website platform?
Yes! Websites can convert well in just about any platform. Much of conversion deals with the content, layout, and elements of your website. Not necessarily the platform it is on.
I'm just getting started with my website, is this training for me?
Yes! While many who take this course already have a website and want it to convert even better, if you are just starting out, you can use this course to help you get off to a great start. Avoiding many of the mistakes people make when first creating a website!
Who is The Converting Website for?
It is for Entrepreneurs, Online Business owners or Website Managers who are committed to implementing and taking action on their business and website, and not for tire-kickers only interested in training without taking action and implementing. Taking action is crucial to success!
How many hours a week should I expect to put into this course?
As a super busy person myself, I personally like learning to be quick and efficient! Each module will have 5-20 minute videos with transcripts and many times a worksheet. I give you everything in bite-sized chunks to help you quickly digest and implement. Typically, you’d be spending up to an hour a week on module drop weeks watching the lessons and 2-3 implementing. However, you can go at your own pace too. Each lesson is designed to give you results and momentum into a better converting website.
We also will be having a Q&A call weekly to go over any areas you are stuck! They are not required but highly recommended.
How will the course be delivered?
The 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th weeks of the course, a new module will drop with several lessons per module. The even weeks (2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th) are implementation weeks. Giving you time to review the lessons and work on implementations. You can work at your own pace and can even watch the videos on a faster speed too! (I do this all the time!) We also will be providing transcripts of each video. We've designed the course with several options to cater to a variety of learning styles.
Plus EVERY week we will have a live Q&A where you can ask any questions you have on the modules, how they apply to your situation, etc!
